CUSTOMERS WRITE!

I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 1971, when I was 3. I did not grow up with peanut butter sandwiches, Kraft Dinner, cookies, birthday cakes, pasta.... I didn't live in residence when I went to University, so that I had my own kitchen and could cook what I could eat.... Today, one of my colleagues, whose 13-year-old daughter was diagnosed 18 months ago, left a bag of your Snappy Ginger cookies on my desk. Well, I was online looking you up after the first bite! Luckily your products are sold in a store 5 minutes from home, because already I'm in love! Thank you, and may you continue to (as another said) de-gluten-ize in the fabulous way that you bake. My 7 year old has been on a gluten free diet since October. I have tried other gluten free cookies, and it was a waste of money; she couldn't bear to eat them. So I was hesitant when she picked up a bag of your cookies.... I was wrong. After three cookies I had to tell her to stop and save some for another day. I decided to taste one myself and see what she was so excited about. Imagine my surprise when, instead of tasting sawdust, I bit into the most delicious chocolate chip cookie I had ever tasted. Not the most delicious gluten free cookie, BUT the most delicious cookie with or without gluten. They were amazing.
