Our Old-fashioned Crumble Pie Crust is the gluten-free version of the classic Graham cracker crust. Simply fill and serve! That's all there is to it. It's so tasty, you'll be tempted to eat it without any filling at all. Take note! You'll find our crust on the store shelf, NOT in the freezer. Look for it alongside PatsyPie cookies and biscotti. The inside story!
PatsyPie gluten-free cookies, gluten-free biscotti, gluten-free brownies, gluten-free muffins and gluten-free pie crusts contain NO preservatives or hydrogenated fats. All ingredients are clearly listed on the label and in the product descriptions. What you see on the label is what you get!

Freshness first!
Our gluten-free biscotti and gluten-free pie crusts have a shelf-life of up to 12 months and our gluten-free cookies seven months from the day they are baked. Just be aware that gluten-free baked goods tend to become crispier and crunchier much faster than ordinary baked goods, but the taste and enjoyment remain undiminished. Our gluten-free brownies and gluten-free muffins have a shelf life of up to twelve months when stored frozen. Out of the freezer, they are best eaten within one week.
