The inside story!
PatsyPie gluten-free cookies, gluten-free biscotti , gluten-free brownies, and gluten-free muffins contain NO preservatives or hydrogenated fats. All ingredients are clearly listed on the label and in the product descriptions. What you see on the label is what you get!
Freshness first!
Our gluten-free biscotti have a shelf-life of up to nine months and our gluten-free cookies six months from the day they are baked. Just be aware that gluten-free baked goods tend to become crispier and crunchier much faster than ordinary baked goods, but the taste and enjoyment remain undiminished. Our gluten-free brownies have a shelf life of up to nine months when stored frozen. Out of the freezer, they are best eaten within two weeks. And our muffins are not only gluten-free, but dairy-free and trans-fat-free too.
